Homebrew: The Kuo-toa Monitor

In my Kuo-toa Monitor post I mentioned how I do not like how the Kuo-Toa Monitor doesn’t live up to it’s “Enforcer” role that is described in the fluff text. I decided to put my opinion to work and create a variant of the creature that I felt added enough to make them enforcers, be different enough to not just be a tweak, and make their abilities match their identity.
